First cohort of 8 CCNU-Griffith Joint Social Work Undergraduate Program students recently graduated from Griffith University successfully, and the graduation ceremony was held at Griffith University's Brisbane campus on December 13th. The 8 CCNU students graduated from Griffith University this was Zhang Yiyun, Chen Han, Liu Zhuoer, Li Wanlin, Liu Yumeng, Zhang Yixuan, Teng Xiao, and Wang Xiaoyue.

Special congratulation goes to Miss Liu Yiyun, one of the 8 Cohort 2012 students from School of Sociology, CCNU, who was awarded the Bachelor of Social Work with Distinction, as well as the "Outstanding Achievements Award" in the annual student award breakfast of School of Human Services and Social Work, Griffith University. According to Dr. Liang Jianqiang, lecturer at School of Human Services and Social Work, only 2 BSW graduates received this award this year, and Yiyun is one of them. We believe the outstanding performance of the first cohort of CCNU students graduating from Griffith will be a great encouragement for future CCNU students going to Griffith, and we expect an increasing number of outstanding CCNU students going to Griffith in the coming years.
